Born in Vietnam, Chef began working in restaurants at the young age of 14 with his family in Vietnam. Following college, Chef traveled through US, eventually ending up in Lincoln, NE. He has been working in several places as sushi Chef and has lots of experiences to refine his technique and expand on what he learned throughout his life as a Chef.
